I believe therapy should be as individual as you are. I’m a fully qualified person-centred psychotherapist and counsellor. By working closely with my clients I am able to help them to understand their situation in a way that allows them to find their own solutions. I was trained by world-leading experts at the University of Nottingham, and am now based in West Cornwall where I was born and bred. I work with clients online and locally to help them live their lives their way. The person-centred approach to therapy / coaching / counselling is highly effective yet quite different to other therapies. It as individual as you are, because we work with the world as you see it, from the inside-out. You are the expert on you, but can I help you gain the confidence to make sense of things. A lot of my work is with depression, anxiety, phobias, OCD, panic, and other common mental health problems. I also focus on men’s issues, adult ADHD, and person-centred coaching for personal growth.
