We have been using Dove Home Care services to care for our elderly mother . I have found them to be caring and also helpful. When carrying out a visit to assess they made suggestions which have improved my mother’s home life. Simple measures which I hadn’t thought about. We have had a mix of carers. They have been friendly and caring and have tried as much as possible to give us the same carer for continuity. When we have a problem they have worked hard to resolve the issue quickly. I am happy to recommend their services.

Dove have been amazing in the provision of care for our elderly mother for the last year. All the staff have been so supportive of my sister and I while steering us through some sometimes challenging issues. They and their carers have been our eyes and ears while we had to manage the situation from a distance.
