I used these to move house. The dropped and completely broke my marble table. They said they will pay back to full amount. I sent them the receipt as they said they could claim this through their insurance. This was in April. Since then they have completely ignored me, broke my £827 table and I've had nothing back in return and they refuse to reply to me. Don't use these cowboys, if they break anything you wont be covered and they will ignore you. Stay well clear of these cowboys. They operate without any Insurance so if they break your property they wont pay you. I requested their Insurance and they blocked me and took down their website.
