I had my car detailed by this business on the 16th April 2024 (an 04 plate convertible beetle. I have evidence of this) the guy had to come back on 3 seperate occasions to ‘finish’ it and it was still left as an unfinished job. When the job was finished’ it was more than obvious that the roof was not even touched. The roof was a soft top convertible roof, he didn’t even get rid of the birds mess on it.
