We are Specialist Mortgage Brokers who look to help clients who have a Poor/Bad Credit profile where the high street lenders would not normally consider an application as the decision to lend is purely based on points scored, where common sense does not exist. Our experience in financial services goes back over 50 years, and we take real pride in being able to help clients where other brokers have said No. We are prepared to go the extra mile to carry out the in depth research to see if any lender will help and what terms would be available. On a very positive note our lenders are now looking at helping clients who have historical bad credit with a 5% deposit. We are also finding that the government Help To Buy Equity Loan plan has enabled lots of clients with a Poor/Bad credit profile to get on the housing ladder with the help of a 25% deposit from the government and 5% from the client.
