Hello I'm Amy Garrett, a person-centred counsellor based in Gillingham, Kent. I provide individual therapy for adults and have a warm and friendly approach. Sometimes it helps having someone you can trust to talk to. I am also a rewind therapist which can help people with PTSD and phobias. Together we can explore what best suits you.
