Through comprehensive support, We enable people to remain in their own home offering services that include personal care, special diets, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, pet care and day trips. The people we support may have particular needs, they may be disabled, have challenging behaviour or Dementia. By tailoring individual care plans using dignity, respect and compassion we can enable people to live their lives, their way. Whatever the persons needs we can assist with visits to hospital/GP/Doctors or perhaps trips out to the garden centre, theratre , racing or shopping. Assistance can range from an hour a week or a complete package as an alternative to residential care. Assistants at Hand can also offer respite to a family member by offering companionship sits - enabling some much needed time to relax.
