About Bake 88

Bake 88 is a micro bakery run by me, Charlotte, in the heart of Epsom, where you can order freshly baked sourdough bagels, real bread loaves, pastries and other baked items. Everything I produce is made to order so nothing goes to waste. I use only high quality ingredients, organic wherever possible and always organic flour direct from Shipton Mill. No preservatives or additives are ever used and there are no hidden nasties. Currently, Bake Day is Friday and your bread will be ready for collecction the same afternoon, local delivery is available as well. I also offer in person baking lessons and workshops in my home kitchen, with a maximum of 4 people for a fun hands-on experience in all types of breadmaking. For catering, please enquire.
