We believe that running is for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or background. Our goal is to help complete beginners like you discover the joy of running and achieve your personal goals in a supportive and non-intimidating environment, while running through the beautiful handpicked routes of Dartford country parks and streets. Have you run before but feel a bit rusty? Unlike our name suggests, we don’t just support beginners. We have a specialised program for rusty runners to help get you back on your feet and dust off the cobwebs.
