About Brighter Spaces
I am a qualified, registered and experienced Therapeutic Counsellor and Psychotherapist practicing from stylish and Professional Consulting Rooms in Islington. I offer time-limited and open-ended Counselling and Psychotherapy to individuals. I have been practicing for 6 years and have been trained to support clients with a range of issues including Sexual Assault, Rape, Domestic Abuse, Relationships Issues, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression and Trauma. These issues hugely impact self-esteem and informs how we experience the world which often results in unhealthy thoughts and behaviour patterns, poor self-worth, mental and physical distress, dissociation and feeling stuck. I am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I adhered to its ethical framework to ensure that I practice safely at all times.
