About Bristol Weekend Counselling

My name is Jeremy and I am a person centred counsellor, working in St George Bristol BS5 8ED. I want to help you lead a happier more fulfilling life by helping you to talk through and explore whatever is troubling you in a confidential, safe environment. I work with people suffering from anxiety and depression, Relationship breakups, Work related transitions, life stage changes, bereavements and drug and alcohol addictions. As a Person Centred Counsellor I work by creating a safe, confidential, non-judgemental relationship with a person, to help them find their own answers to the challenges they face, by helping them to accessing their own internal resources . I offer both long and short term weekend counselling to fit in around your working week, but I also do offer some weekday evening slots as well. I charge £35 for a full hour and £20 for an initial meeting/assessment where I will ask you to give me an overview of what is troubling you.
