I see people struggling with a range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, OCD, panic disorder, relationship issues, phobias and low-esteem. I also help couples who find themselves striving to mend their relationships.My training has included different approaches such as Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis.This means that I am able to tailor the therapy sessions to suit each client depending on the issues brought to the sessions.I offer a safe and secure environment where, together we can explore your thoughts and feelings in a confidential and non-judgemental manner.I can give you the skills to cope with challenging situations in everyday life, allowing you to have the life you want and deserve by building on your strengths and qualities.I offer online counselling if you prefer to be comfortable in your own home, via Skype.I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their code of...
