We are an independent, family-owned estate agent business based in Chesterfield. Whether you're looking to buy, sell or rent, we aim to offer a no fuss, professional approach. Launched in 2006 by Sarah and John Currey, their aim was, and still is, to offer a personal level of service expected by a family owned business, alongside a professional approach backed up by years of experience within the property and finance sector. In 2017, son of Sarah and John, Tom Currey, joined the business to develop the sales division, rebrand the company and raise our game on marketing and exposure. With a modern approach to marketing and a strong eye on the company's personal and professional ethos, our sales are growing drastically. Since relaunching we have achieved 99.96% of asking price on sales, achieved number 1 spot consistently for property views locally on portals like Rightmove and Zoopla, our sales division is growing faster than ever.
