Wood fired oven cooking is one of the most authentic & traditional styles of cooking spanning back centuries, this method of cooking can be accurately dated back as early as the roman times. A wood fired oven is capable of producing just about anything a modern style oven can cook, many dishes from the traditional Neapolitan stone baked pizza, which it's best known for or fantastically tender chargrilled meat and fish, slow braised casseroles and the traditional Sunday roast...if that's not enough to wet your appetite you could bake beautiful ciabatta, cakes or desserts.. We love what we do and it shows. Our passion for wood fired cooking is how the business came about starting with Oven sales then moving on to demo events and cookery classes. What makes us different is the hands on attitude, not only do we deliver all of our ovens personally but we are then on hand to give any advice needed, we believe that the relationship between supplier and customer is a longterm one...
