Do you feel like your life is a bit of a mess? Do you feel like you lack control or purpose? Are there parts of your life that you're just not happy with, but you don't know what to do about it? I can help. I'm a registered and qualified Person-Centred Counsellor who offers confidential one-to-one sessions in person or online if preferred. I have studied Carl Rogers’ (1951) approach for several years and have achieved a degree to reflect my understanding of this. I wholeheartedly embrace the Person-Centred approach and try to fully embody this within my practice. There are no limitations to whom or what I will work with.
