About Gentle Waves Reiki Practice

I offer Reiki Therapy to you in the privacy of your own home. I believe that this makes for a more personal and relaxed experience. Reiki is based on channelling positive energy through the practitioner to promote overall health and wellbeing. It is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive hands-on healing technique which is used to treat physical ailments without pressure, manipulation, or massage; however, it is much more than a physical therapy. It is a holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonizing all aspects of the person - body, mind, emotions and spirit - and can be used to encourage personal and spiritual awareness and growth.
