About Glasman Psychology

I am an experienced clinical psychologist who works in comfortable rooms in Frome, Somerset. I worked for almost 20 years in the NHS before going private last year. I provide a warm, safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore the issues that are important to you. Together we explore past and current patterns and look where to change them so you get more out of life. Working collaboratively in time-limited, affordable therapy, you end the work better equipped to be the guardian of your own mental health for the rest of your life. I use a number of different approaches and look to find the best one to suit both you and your difficulties. The approaches I use include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred, solution-focused, and Transactional analysis. The aim is always to be effective and to help in the shortest possible time. I offer early morning and evening appointments.
