About Happy Jo Coaching

Secondary school is the place of development. It's the time in our lives when we begin to develop who we are as individuals and start to see the world in it's true light. Unfortunately, for many it can be overwhelming and distressing TEENS ARE STRUGGLING. Pressure be the best, to succeed in everything, to be liked, to achieve, to fit in, to get the grades, to wear the right looks, to have an identity - the list is endless. TEACHERS ARE AT BREAKING POINT. With continuous changes to expectations, teachers are endlessly jumping through hoops, working nights, weekends and throughout their holidays updating resources and systems, endlessly marking, often putting the wellbeing of their pupils before their own. I support both pupils and teachers, to create a more harmonious, positive environment that they want to be in and help them to see school as a place of peace, fulfillment and joy. My sessions build confidence, lighten the load and will help you to feel happy to be yourself.
