Harris Fitness is owned and run by Neil and Claire Harris who have a combined experience of nearly 30 years providing Personal Training, Massage and Physiotherapy services. All of our therapists have over 5 years experience of working in the NHS. We have a large number of satisfied clients who we have helped with a wide range of mobility and fitness issues. Neil specialises in Personal Training, Sports Massage and Nutrition, he is registered with REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) and is a Boxercise Trainer, Exercise GP Referral Fitness Consultant, Mountain Leader, Cave Leader, Sea Kayaking coach, Cancer Rehabilitation Fitness Consultant and Sports Massage Practitioner. Claire is our lead physiotherapist, she holds a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy, is a MCSP (Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy), a member of the ATACP (Aquatic Therapy Association of Chartered Physiotherapists) and is registered with the Health Professional Council (HPC). On graduating she was employed by Stoke Mandeville Hospital and worked as a Physiotherapist in the National Spinal Injuries Unit. We are based in Bideford and will come to you to deliver your treatment program. We have got clients across North Devon and regular visit Torrington, Barnstaple, Braunton and South Molton. It is important to us that you achieve your goals and we will develop a plan that is tailored towards your needs and lifestyle.
