About Holistic Therapy by Marina

With the treatments I offer the aim is to help the emotional as well as the physical. Stress's from every day life can sometimes lead to illnes, disease or pain in the body if ignored over a period of time, so I'm a great believer that prevention is easier than cure. It's well known that regular massage/ reflexology is a good way of maintaining a healthy, balanced body & mind. All the treatments I offer can promote the body's natural self healing process & considerably boost your immune system. I have over 25 years experience as a Holistic Therapist & seen some amazing results from having these therapies. I'm also a Reik Master & teacher.
