We are on a mission to remove as many barriers to exercise as possible so that everyone can feel the endorphine rush after a workout! We have created a space where all of the family can come to build strength and keep fit! With a state of the art strength suite on the first floor, classes and cardio on the second and a creche on the third we can cater to everyone's needs!
