Spiritual healing combines a few powerful alternative modalities to heal parts of yourself that need healing on emotional and mental and spiritual levels. Spiritual healing will help you to dissolve, eliminate and let go of many negative feelings, emotions, thought imbalance, behavioural patterns and spiritual emptiness. In short, this type of healing will bring you back to life, you will feel better than before and will experience inner freedom - this amazing state where you feel whole and complete. Below is an overview of some of the work Stefan can add to your spiritual healing session. Shadow Work and Healing Shadow work will help you to heal parts of yourself that are "hidden", suppressed, oppressed, undesirable and "lost". I use tested techniques and exercises to bring those parts of you back to your conscious awareness, mend and restore your soul. Let Go of Your Past There are traumas and emotional wounds in your past with people, situations and places with which you feel trapped, wounded, betrayed and vulnerable. Through gentle and positive methods, I will support you in healing, integrating, and balancing your inner self. Inner Child Work and Healing The inner child is affected in every situation and not only in earlier childhood but later in life and its constantly monitoring our behaviour. In my work, I have concluded that there are fundamental elements of inner-child work that are crucial for dealing with people and situations later in life.
