About Insight Clinical Psychology Ltd

For many neurodivergent children (Autism & / or ADHD), their needs are "hidden" or "masked". We believe that it is important that these needs are recognised and understood by the people around them and by the young person themself, as they grow and mature. Living in a world that isn't designed for our needs, can lead to overwhelming feelings, e.g. anxiety, anger and low mood. We offer therapeutic support that aims to relieve these feelings, by working with the people caring for the young person. We also offer therapeutic work for the young people, to support them to make sense of their own needs and learn ways of coping. We offer support to young people both with a diagnosis and without (where there is emerging evidence of neurodivergence).
