About Inspire Dance Academy

Our vision is to create high quality dance tuition to inspire and nurture each individual student to reach their fullest potential. We are aware that not every student wants to progress to use dance as a career but every student comes with a passion and enjoyment for the art that we develop. We offer examinations, competitions and shows to develop their technical ability as well as build on confidence and performance ability. I am passionate in the knowledge that dance training builds upon many different skills needed in life, no matter what students progress to do. It installs discipline, work ethic, confidence and comradery to name a few. It is a creative way in which students can express themselves in a safe environment. Dance stimulates the mind and body so as well as being physically beneficial it has also been proven to enhance cognitive development, in particular spatial awareness, co-ordination and rhythm.
