About Joy Retter

My name is Joy and I run my own training and Education consultancy in Swindon, Wiltshire with over 17 years of experience. I have been a tutor for many years, delivering for Swim England (ASA) approved centres, STA, and UK Coaching (SCUK) as well as other sports and NGBs (National Governing Bodies). I am an avid learner myself, developing my own knowledge in a wide range of interests, which I am passionate about passing on to others. I also love challenges and finding solutions, which is why I love working and helping people who have additional and complex needs. I provide a vast amount of sports education, with lots of variety and applying a fun, and easy approach. I originally qualified as a state-registered chiropodist in the 80s and have worked in both the NHS and private sectors with experience of delivering health education through different media platforms, such as Al Jazeeraâ„¢ TV, Qatar Radioâ„¢, Gulf Newsâ„¢, and What's Onâ„¢ magazine
