About Joyful Health

Founded by an Australian born, boheimiem hearted Joyful Soul. Nurturing a holistic & hippy vibe, growing up surrounded by nature learning of the powerful ways we can use plants and foods for healing and health. Being taught recipes within the family run Organic Vegan Delicatessen. Deviating from healthy life choices in her early 20's focussing on a London based career, until becoming critically ill diagnosed with a chronic disease. Transforming her life inspired with an overwhelming zest for life, with a strong belief there was a way to regain her full health. Travelling the world on a path to becoming a Yoga teacher, Nutritionist & Life coach. Falling in love with Asia wile based in India learning ancient Yogic and Ayurvedic traditions, guided back to her holistic roots through her studies.
