Over the years I have found that a wide range of health conditions can be helped - acute and chronic, physical and emotional. I have experience with Trauma and stress Badbacks, issues with knees, shoulders, feet, jaws, sciatica Migraines and headaches Fatigue conditions Anxiety and depression Women who have experienced abuse Pregnancy support People come for support to help deal with trauma in times of difficulty or change in their lives for ongoing support to help deal with daily life and all its challenges with chronic disease. I guide you to develop and deepen your embodiment and your connection between body emotions and mind . To empower you in your recovery I help deepen your understanding of your own stress response. If appropriate I sometimes recommend lifestyle changes.
