About Lost Coins

The Lost Coins pub is named for a vanished collection of Roman coins, which is listed in James Phillips’ 1909 History of Pembrokeshire. The museum in which the coins were held has been scattered to the four winds, and their whereabouts is unknown. We’re proud of our location in historic Haverfordwest, just two minutes from the centre of town and 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Broad Haven and Little Haven. Stop in for a perfect pint of real ale, a cool refreshing glass of wine or something a little softer, before or after a walk in the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park. Do lunch or dinner with friends and family, and enjoy restaurant-style service in relaxed pub surroundings. The centrepiece of our menu is our deliciously moist rotisserie chicken, flame roasted to create a wonderfully crisp coating. Watch your chicken cook as you relax with a drink, and then choose the perfect portion for your appetite. Dress it with your selection of sauce and sides.
