About Luke Fish Personal Training

After traveling the world in 2001 for a year, I found myself five and a half stone heavier on my return. I managed to lose all this extra weight in just seven months. Through achieving this, I developed a motivation to want to help others achieve their goals just as I had. So I trained to become a professional trainer with Premier Training and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) I have been working in the industry since 2002. Since then I have amassed a wealth of knowledge in both male and female body transformations, this comes through building stronger leaner bodies and mindsets, in turn improving all aspects of life in the process. Achieving great success in body fat reduction through a mixture of strength training, high intensity intervals and circuits. Combining high quality training with complete nutritional overhauls and 'Biosignature Modulation' - measuring of hormonal balance through fat distribution patterns.
