Founded by Lucia Poulter and Max Howarth, Luma Pilates is dedicated to crafting a nurturing and inclusive space where individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels can thrive. Lucia has spent 25 years working as both a fully certified advanced Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Pilates instructor and an internationally certified Ashtanga yoga teacher in various countries around the world. And after embracing Pilates to the point of near-obsession for the past 3 years, Max is actively engaged in his own teaching certification. One of his goals is to introduce more men into the discipline. Luma Pilates offers a range of fitness classes including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre.
