About Miles Webster Music and Tuition

I am an experienced guitarist and singer from Bath. My formal qualifications include a Foundation Certificate from Nexus Music Academy (Coventry) and a Certificate of Higher Education / Level 4 Diploma in Professional Musicianship (BIMM, Bristol). I am happy to travel to my students homes, provided they live in or near Bath. Alternatively, I am happy to teach via Skype video-link. I also have a DBS Certificate of Basic Disclosure for parents peace of mind and I am a member of the Musicians Union. I love to teach people of all ages, whether they be young children or retired adults. When teaching younger children, I aim to build a good relationship with them, putting them at ease and making lessons fun, whilst being careful to help them develop sound technique, which they can take with them, for as long as they play a musical instrument. My approach when teaching teenagers and adults is the same, except that I play close attention to what their personal goals are.
