At Mindful Beginnings, we believe that every pregnancy is unique and can be special in its own way. That's why we offer a variety of antenatal courses, pregnancy courses, hypnobirthing courses, and more to help you prepare for your journey into motherhood. We also believe that a woman's body is her own sacred space. That's why we offer our clients the opportunity to learn about and explore their bodies through prenatal yoga, mindfulness meditation, electronic Feldenkrais technique®, breath work therapy, postnatal relaxation techniques, Sacred Geometry workshop and more! We understand that you have many options and want the best for yourself and your baby; therefore, our training takes into account both tradition and modern health practices.
