Hello, my name is Chris and I am a Hypnotherapist and Hypnotist based in the West Midlands and Staffordshire. I experienced mental health struggles for many years before making the life changing decision to regain control of my own life. I was recommended to a local hypnotherapist by a member of family and haven’t looked back since. Initially, I had always been skeptical of therapy. To my surprise, I saw my thoughts begin to change almost instantly and in such a short space of time; my mental health radically changed and improved. When I had completed my hypnotherapy, I made the choice that I wanted to help others to regain control of their lives in the same way my hypnotherapist helped me to regain control of mine
