We have evolved over the years to provide a single source solution for the modern-day workplace. As part of a large buying consortium which has a combined turnover of over £500m and with over 756 supplier relationships, we can source the best value products and services available. Over the course of time, we have built a solid base of corporate, public and SMB clients, with our central focus being on providing an exceptional customer service and with the philosophy across our business model that the ‘CUSTOMER IS KING’. Most of our supply chain is within the public sector and we are extremely proud to say that we supply 80% of the NHS market, covering office, IT and healthcare products. To date, we deal with 98 acute hospitals, 14 NHS Health Boards, 7 mental trusts, 8 community hospitals, 86 CCGs and 465 primary care businesses. Coupled with this, we’ve established 47,000 budget holder contacts, supplying over 128 NHS departments and growing day after day by reputation. Within our other verticals, we provide our product portfolio across councils, colleges, schools, care-homes with a view to supply over 2,500 clients per month by 2028. WHY NICHE? The versatility of our product offering is expanding by the day, due to the high demand and evolving nature of our customer base. Ultimately, our customers are looking for a one-stop shop, where one provider serves all requirements under one umbrella helping to reduce the number of suppliers, increase efficiencies and consolidate costs.
