About Notts Hill House (Formerly known as Rosehill)
Notts Hill House (formerly known as Rosehill) provides person-centred support for up to 16 adults with an acquired brain injury (ABI), physical disabilities and/or learning disabilities in a homely environment. We operate a professional service including access to physiotherapy and occupational therapy. The people that we support are assessed prior to admission and placements are offered with outcome-led goals in mind. Support plans and goals are reviewed regularly to reflect the individual’s progress throughout their stay. The support provided by Notts Hill House is also tailored to the individual’s needs, wishes and aspirations, with a focus on developing the skills and confidence to live a safe, independent and fulfilling life.
