Are you facing significant changes in your life, experiencing loss, having relationship difficulties? Are you sad, anxious, stressed or feeling stuck or depressed? In working together I can support you to reconcile or find ways to better help you cope through life's difficulties. We can explore what's holding you back and find ways in moving forward so that you can create change and thrive. I offer face-to-face, online and outdoors (Walk & Talk) counselling in Surbiton, East Molesey and Kingston-Upon-Thames. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, bereavement & loss, medical diagnoses, loneliness, lacking motivation, fertility, abortion, miscarriage, low self-esteem, peer pressure & bullying, anger, identity, life transitions, stress, cultural issues, and relationship issues. I am here to be alongside you and will endeavour to help you help yourself.
