About Osei Minkah Care Limited

Osei Minkah Care Ltd specialises in supporting young people and adults who have ill mental health and/or learning disabilities. We have residential settings for young people aged 14-17, supported accommodation for young people aged 16-18, and supported accommodation for adults aged 18-65. Our team consists of highly trained staff and mental health nurses that co-develop the treatment and support plans for our young people placed in our residential setting and supported accommodation. Young people in transition are supported to understand their diagnosis and supported to learn coping skills and strategies and how to manage their mental health needs independently. We help all our service users to identify their own signs and triggers so they can access support in the community.
