Fully owned by Initial Packaging who went into business on 26th September 1983, over a brew and an idea that “we can do that”. From the humble beginnings of a small unit in the North West selling polythene bags to a local customer, they have now formed one of the largest independent manufacturers of polythene bags. Since that day in 1983 Initial has grown quite a bit – we now make bags for many different markets ranging from security to mail order, and we work with household names we all know and love. But the basic idea remains the same: to create value for money, innovative packaging and never stint on quality.
