About Peartree Bindery

Bernard and Sarah Hiom's Peartree Bindery has been established for over 30 years and between the two binders they have over 70 years of experience in bookbinding. They offer a large range of services from: - Restoration and conservation of antiquarian books - Case binding for example thesis bindings - Quarter, half and full leather bindings - Bespoke leather bindings - Box making - Slip cases - Vellum binding All work under taken is carried out with the utmost care and consideration to the customers needs and requirements. Restoration materials are of archival quality. Case binding is usually completed within five to ten working days. All other services will be completed within six to eight weeks depending on demand and urgency.
