Our professional purpose built Pizza van is unlike other set ups, having proper shop like equipment built into a van. Our oven is run on gas not wood, so has precision temperature control, ensuring consistent stone baking of our pizzas. We use only the finest ingredients, to ensure Pizza quality and taste, from our dough to our cheeses and toppings, your in for a treat! With decades in mobile catering we have noticed that yes there are a lot of pizza set ups but most are cheap budget weekend set ups and sadly turn out poor quality products.
