About Pool Bridge Farm

Pool Bridge Farm in Yorkshire (also known as Fletcher's Ponds) is a well-established carp fishery, caravan & campsite near York run by the Fletcher family. Located just a 10 minute drive from York city centre, the fishing complex boasts five well-stocked, picturesque lakes with a wide variety of fishing. The mature lakes are well-stocked with large specimen Common Carp, Mirror and Ghost Carp as well as silver fish including: Tench, Chub, Rudd, Roach, Bream, Ide and some very big Perch! We offer night fishing on the members-only 'Q Lake' - a specimen Carp and Catfish fishing lake designed and built for the experienced Carp angler, which has a stock of 30lb+ VS Fisheries Carp and Wels Catfish to 58lb, which we believe to be the biggest fish in Yorkshire! We also offer an excellent onsite cafe as well camping, shower and toilet facilities. The cafe is shut Mondays. We'are open 7:30am and are closed at 9:00pm or dusk, whichever is earliest.
