Yoga teacher & reiki practitioner Bex structures her classes around the 8 limbs of yoga with a deep focus into the energy body & the Chakra system. Each session involves slow, mindful breath lead movements. Bex approach is gentle yet powerful using gravity and the breath to release tension and gain more freedom and space within the body, bringing in balance, harmony and awakening you to your own natural ability to healing your mind, body and spirit.
