Hi, I am a  counsellor and member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I have an integrative approach combining person centred, psychodynamic and CBT approaches;  More importantly for you though, is that I focus on creating a safe collaborative space with you, forging a therapeutic relationship which allows a supported and safe exploration of whatever you wish to examine.   I work with both adults, children and young people. Some things are hard to share with friends and family, the work we do together will help you to find the space you need to examine your thoughts and feelings.    Together we will explore your thoughts and feelings, to make sense of your experiences and relationships in your life.
