About Sarah Barker Creations
I have always been a very creative person from the moment I was born. However when I was 18 months old I had an accident which left me paralysed from the neck down. Being so young when I had my accident I luckily don't remember any different, all I can remember is being paralysed as I am now. Throughout my life I have had to overcome many trials and tribulations and challenges. My parents raised my brother and I with a can do attitude and we were always told to never give up. So I have carried that all through my life and whenever I face a challenge or think of something I'd like to do but I'm not sure how, I remember those words and don't give up until I have found a way to do it. In the early years of being paralysed people around me, friends and family tried all sorts of gadgets and technology to enable me to do things and be as independent as I possibly could.
