Solaya, is a French Mediterranean restaurant and bar located in art’otel London Hoxton led by Michelin-starred chef Kenny Atkinson, the restaurant is inspired by the sun-drenched flavours of Southern France and the Mediterranean, blending seasonal plates with a modern twist. Located on the 25th floor of art’otel London Hoxton, Solaya offers panoramic views of London’s skyline with its 360-degree circular layout. Inspired by the restaurant’s name which draws connotations from the sun, the menu will feature flavour-led dishes with simplified plating that are seasonal and embody ‘sunshine on a plate’ all year round.
