As a veteran owned business I have a military career of 24 years in the Airborne Forces and other Specialist units, experiencing first hand the stresses and traumas associated with conflicts and the after effects years later. In addition, having transitioned to the city, I have also experienced the stress and rigours of corporate life, which although the root causes of stress and anxiety may be completely different, should be considered no less serious. I aim to help: Armed Forces, Veterans, Emergency Service (inc. NHS): Recover from anxiety, stress and trauma experienced during and post service, facilitating your return to a more stable, normal and positive life.
