About Us Requiring a carer is an extremely personal service, and we pride ourselves in helping you find the best person to provide the best care for you or your loved ones. Star Homecare Services is a family run business specialising in all aspects of home care provision. It was founded by Dr Aisha Davies, a practicing NHS GP. Before embarking on her medical training, Dr Davies was a carer herself for many years. She also worked as a care coordinator within a care agency. With an insight into home care and first-hand experience of the challenges people face when choosing a provider to deliver home help, Dr Davies knew that she could provide something better. The needs of our customers are of paramount importance and our philosophy is based on putting the person at the heart of our operations. Our only prerequisite is that no call should be less than 1 hour. Why? Because good care takes time and must never be rushed.
