NAP Success Link Supported Housing is a voluntary charity whose vision/mission derived from observation that many vulnerable (People at risk of harm) individuals in our various communities are struggling with keeping up their tenancy, we acknowledging that this may sometimes result in them moving into residential or care home out of their will, and/or for their best interest, so we decided to bridge this gap by not just providing tailored accommodation, our dedicated professional staff are prepared to support our tenant long term through Intensive Housing Management (IHM) and ensure that they are receiving quality care through our different community outreach local care providers that base in their home 24/7 to maintained H&S at all times.
