About Tap Your Troubles Away

With a background in mental health work, I am unlikely to be shocked by much. So if you have something that's holding you back that you want freedom from and need a safe space to explore, why not try an EFT session with me. I offer face to face sessions in Welwyn Garden and Letchworth and online sessions via Skype or Zoom. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and provides a gentle way to free yourself from anything emotional - and many physical issues - that are holding you back. Why not give it a try.
