Run by Herr Stefan Hamann a German Master Baker with 6 years academical and over 40 years of experience in Germany and the UK. As a testament of his quality is the string of German Banks Institutions, German Embassy, German UN delegation and the German School of Richmond where we are the only bread supplier. The bakery also holds a 5* Hygiene Certification by the Royal Borough of Windsor and the Bakery is located just a few hundreds yards from the mere Windsor Castle itself. Furthermore, there are two flags in Windsor, one above the Castle and the other one above the authentic German Bakery and Food Shop in Windsor. All the breads are freshly baked every night without any chemicals , additives, etc. using only four 4 ingredients: Flour, water, natural sourdough and a pinch of salt. All the breads are suitable for diabetics and vegan ! and can be freeze.
